Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with Creators Launch AI. This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds for subscription payments. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers on any paid plan (Pro, Growth, Business, or Elite) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription payment. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@creatorslaunch.com within 7 days of your payment with the subject line "Refund Request." We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. If you are charged for a renewal and wish to cancel, you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but the current billing period will not be refunded.
We recommend cancelling your subscription before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel at any time from your account Settings page under Billing.
Annual Plans
If you subscribed to an annual plan, you may request a prorated refund for unused months within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription.
Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error on our part
- Extended service outages that significantly impaired your use of the platform
- Unauthorized charges resulting from account compromise (subject to investigation)

Free Plan
The Free plan does not involve any charges, so there is nothing to refund. You may downgrade to the Free plan or delete your account at any time at no cost.
Plan Downgrades
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not issued for mid-cycle downgrades.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to Settings → Billing in your account dashboard
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the prompts
After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
