By accessing or using Creators Launch AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Creators Launch AI is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed for content creators. The Service includes AI agents, content generation tools, a creator roadmap, content calendar, repurpose studio, monetization hub, brand builder, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans: Free, Pro ($19/mo), Growth ($49/mo), Business ($99/mo), and Elite ($199/mo). Plan features and AI usage limits are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Spread misinformation, spam, or deceptive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written consent

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Content generated by the Service may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for other users. We make no warranties regarding the uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Creators Launch AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creators Launch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
